M&M Tours is great to work with, the staff is very accommodating. I have taken 2 different tours with them one being the Skagway Streetcar which was very informative and relaxing. The other was the Yukon Expedition our Guide was John he was AWESOME he gave us information all along the tour and was able to answer all questions that he was asked. I know that he had no control over any wildlife sightings but on this tour we actually seen 6 bears, 2 eagles and some dall sheep. I highly recommend M&M tours to everyone, Excellent tour! Our driver & tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts as she drove along. We had several stops for pictures and to take in some of the awesome scenery. Lunchtime was relaxing and tasty! While in Skagway last week, I attempted to book a tour through M and M but was refused because my husband and I don't have passports and the tour went into Canada. We tried to explain to the girl helping us that we have enhanced drivers licenses (EDL program is overseen by Homeland Security and allows residents of border states to travel to Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean without a passport). She flat out refused to hear us and stated it was company policy to require a passport. Being in a border state, we've gone to Canada countless times with our EDL's. We're often told by authorities they really like the ease of a EDL (RFID, biometrics) and have never had an issue until M and M Tours. Avoid this company if possible. We stopped at the M&M both at the docks to check out the available tours, the M&M's personnel recommended the bus/train combo. We could see the fog in the mountains and asked the salesman if we should delay the tour til the afternoon. At this point the salesman straight up lied to us and said the fog would not be an issue. We took his advise and went on the morning tour only to soon regret the decision, once out of town we could see nothing through the fog. We met another couple on the train who said they asked the same question and were lied to as well. This company was extremely helpful and accommodating in booking our excursion for our day spent in Skagway. Their tours are displayed very nicely with easy to read descriptions and photos! The price of their tours was cheaper then on the cruise ship and they do everything they can to ensure you are booked on the right tour for what you would like to experience! I highly recommend visiting M&M Tour Sales on your next visit to Alaska!
