The store is very charming! There is so much to see. I had some trouble with a credit card charge and they cleared it up immediately. I agree with the other reviews-the staff is amazing. Most incredible place. If you want to be happy, visit here. You can never be unhappy in this store. John and Cia are helpful, amazing people. Enjoyed our time fossicking in this authentic interesting Christmas store. Enjoyable and owners most helpful. Local shelf contributions. Thanks.... Such a unique shop for a small town like Skagway! A nice change in atmosphere. They also post the most recent sports scores which is pretty cool. Great finds, locally made as well as some authentic Russian decorations. The staff was also very friendly.
