There's nothing like this trail. I've hiked it many times over the years. If you like gorgeous and diverse scenery along with the history of this trail you will no doubt enjoy yourself. Exactly what most people imagine Alaska to be: remote with lots of open space, blue sky, lush plant growth and plentiful flowing water. The Eagles alone makes the hike spectacular. A beautiful outback trail connecting two countries the Chilkoot retraces much of the route taken by stampeders during the Klondike Gold Rush.
