They didn't have a large selection. But because we were traveling and most places charge a premium for bottled water and other basic items we did find these things in the store at a reasonable price the staff was very friendly and very helpful so if you find yourself in Alaska and you just happen to run across the store please drop in. Always out of food. No selection when they have it. If you get stuck in Skagway you better hope it's barge day or pack your own supplies, even more so if a few ships are in. This place needs to get with the times and track and project inventory and sales. They are the only show in town and it is quite apparent they know you don't have another choice. I feel sorry for the locals. Better stocked than you'd expect. Not a huge selection of fruits and vegetables, but not poor either, and they have good prices. If you're a traveler, they have everything you need. Get all your necessities here before heading up the hills or hiking. Reasonable prices for the area. On the back street. Pretty much your only option if you want groceries. They run out if everything just a few days after they got freight in Tuesday.
