Great, beyond friendly and helpful guides. They even provided extra rain jackets/pants, hats, gloves, etc. Beautiful tour of the Pass and the Klondike highway. I would do this tour again hands down. They really love what they do. Did the train up, bike down tour Sept 7th of this year. The guides were all great people. The bikes were quality TREK units and they provided plenty of clothing for the weather. The ride down the mountain was really nice. Great company to deal with! Peter in the lead, Matt the tail, Joe the driver, great team! I really enjoyed this excursion greatly. The bikes were much better quality and ease and reliability than I've ever had on a rented cycle excursion. Great guys operating the tour. Very friendly and a great sense of humor. If you book directly with them you'll save at least $20. Friendly helpful staff!
