Last summer I was in Skagway as a port of call on an Alaskan cruise (as I imagine is the case with many people who visit Skagway). Me and my mom were wandering around town hoping to find somewhere that had decent tea (the stuff on the cruise ship is okay at best) before a train excursion. Was delighted to find what looked to be a cute local-owned bakery. We both got London Fogs and shared two pastries, and had a nice conversation with a couple that was roadtripping through. The pastries were delicious, so much that I directed my brother to the same location and even told my father, who was taking an Alaskan cruise a few weeks later, about this place. He reported that the cinnamon buns were fantastic. If anyone I know says they're going to be stopping in Skagway, I direct them to this bakery! Very good bakery, perfect for a mid morning snack I love this place. The rolls are to die for and you can get custom subs made with fresh stuff any time. Probably my second favorite place to eat here in town. Best cinnamon rolls around. They're no located at the corner of 5th and State, across from the fire department. Awesome home made cookies and doughnuts!
